Job Summary:

A Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations, manages staff, ensures accurate inventory control, enforces safety standards, and coordinates inbound/outbound shipments. They supervise 10–30 associates, monitor productivity, maintain warehouse organization, and ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment.

Responsibilities:

Daily responsibilities for a warehouse supervisor will be overseeing daily warehouse operations, managing staff, ensuring inventory accuracy, enforces safety standards, and optimizes processes for efficiency. Ensuring a safe work environment is a key duty. Supervisors enforce safety protocols, conduct regular inspections, organize safety meetings, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. They also oversee proper handling of equipment and hazardous materials. Training and mentoring new employees to ensure consistent performance.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role. Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Thorough knowledge of warehouse procedures and practices. Knowledge of workplace hazards and safe operating practices.
