* Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues across a variety of products and software platforms
* Develop and maintain subject matter expertise on all company products and solutions
* Support customers through multiple communication channels (phone, email, chat, and/or ticketing systems)
* Identify, document, and report product bugs, trends, and recurring issues to internal stakeholders to support continuous improvement
* Deliver a high standard of technical support and customer experience at every interaction
