Boca Radiology Group (BRG) is seeking a full-time Hybrid Musculoskeletal Radiologist to join their team-oriented private practice in Palm Beach County, FL. This position offers a flexible schedule with both onsite and remote coverage, focusing on high-quality MSK imaging interpretation. The role involves contributing to a technologically advanced imaging team covering a tertiary hospital and multiple outpatient imaging centers.

Practice Info

50-person sub-specialized, diversified, state-of-the-art private practice
Covers a tertiary 400-bed hospital with Level 3 ED, 11 outpatient imaging centers, and teleradiology sites
MSK section is high volume and well-balanced by professional and collegiate athletics, sports medicine, rheumatology, emergency, and hospital-based cases
Utilizes seven 3.0 Tesla MRI machines, specialized MARS techniques, DECT, and SPECT-CT

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality value-added MSK imaging interpretation
Read general diagnostic CT, ultrasound, and radiography cases
Dedicate approximately 30%-50% of work duties to MSK
Cover general outpatient imaging, ER, and hospital shifts for the remainder of duties
Participate in call responsibility approximately 1 weekend day shift per month

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $400,000-$1,000,000
Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus

Shift & Schedule

Full-time (30+ hrs/week)
Hybrid M-F (Flexible remote and onsite schedule)
Shift: 8am-5pm EST
No overnight call responsibility
Call responsibility is approximately 1 weekend day shift per month

Requirements

ABR BE/BC
Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy
Residency trained in the practice of Diagnostic Radiology
Ability to obtain a Florida license is required
Fellowship training in MSK is preferred but not required
