Estate Planning Associate Attorney

Job Overview A law firm is seeking a dedicated Estate Planning Associate Attorney with 1-5 years of experience in estate planning, trust administration, probate, or real estate matters. This position requires bilingual fluency in English and Spanish to effectively communicate with a diverse client base. The role offers a hybrid work schedule, with at least two days per week in the Los Angeles office and occasional travel to Orange County and Phoenix, AZ. Location Los Angeles, CA Duties Prepare estate plans, including revocable living trusts, wills, and powers of attorney. Provide direct legal services and consultations to clients. Represent clients in hearings and other legal proceedings. Conduct outreach and client meetings in multiple locations. Communicate effectively with monolingual Spanish-speaking clients. Requirements Experience: 1-5 years handling estate planning, trust administration, probate, or real estate matters. Language Skills: Strong oral and written fluency in Spanish is required. Bar Admission: Active admission to the California or Arizona Bar at the time of application. Travel: Willingness to travel to Orange County and Phoenix, AZ, as required. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact effectively with clients, attorneys, paralegals, and support staff. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Admission to the California or Arizona Bar. Skills Strong drafting and organizational abilities for preparing legal documents.
