What you will do Respond to inbound customer requests by phone, email, and web channels; clarify products, quantities, specifications, timing, and shipping needs. Prepare quotes, process purchase orders, and provide complete information to estimating and operations. Manage multiple time-sensitive requests while maintaining accurate records, clear follow-up, and dependable customer communication. Clear phone and written communication, good judgment, and the confidence to ask clarifying questions. Comfort learning an ERP or order-entry system and following structured processes consistently. Experience in inside sales, customer service, dispatch, service or logistics coordination, order management, or a similar role. Industrial experience is helpful but not required.
