ECLARO's client is a leading technology solutions provider, collaborating with customers to manage their needs and achieve success in their business goals. Responsibilities:

• Adds & moves changes.
• Focus on the interaction between computer systems, communication methods, and devices.
• Design video, data, and voice communication systems.
• May oversee the installation and maintenance of these systems, including their repair and testing.
• Managed and maintained a large-scale enterprise voice network with over 6,000 endpoints across 200+ locations.
• Provided technical oversight for critical communication systems, including the city's 911 call center.
• Collaborated with vendors and IT teams to implement system upgrades and new communication technologies.

Qualifications:

• 4-7 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
• Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
• Works under limited supervision with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
• All Cisco Voice On-prem move to and / or cloud.
• Cisco Voice Admin.
• HS Diploma or GED, plus two (2) years of related experience.
• Certs / Degree: CCNA Collaboration
• Cisco Call Manager Certification or CUCM Training
