LPN / RN Pediatric Home Health Nurse

Angels of Care Home Health Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) are needed in Taylorsville, NC and surrounding areas. Pay Range LPN - $28-$33/hr RN - $30-$35/hr Job Duties We are looking for RN & LPN to work full‑time and part‑time shifts (days, nights and weekends available). Job duties include but are not limited to: Focus on the medical needs and treatment of adult patients primarily in their home according to the active plan of care as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel. Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments. Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies. Coordination of care. Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes. Implement preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patients.
