Founding Marketer & Events Lead

Dormont Manufacturing Co is seeking a Marketing professional to join their rapidly growing team in San Francisco. As the first hire in the Marketing department, you will play a critical role in driving lead generation and building a competitive brand. Your tasks will include owning the events program, managing logistics, and engaging directly with industry leaders at conferences. We require candidates with 2–5+ years of B2B marketing experience, exceptional organizational and communication skills, and a strong willingness to learn and adapt within a dynamic environment.
