This role involves working with adult patients within a dynamic healthcare environment. As a travel nurse, you'll be utilizing your skills in a post-surgical care setting, handling various patient diagnoses.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Provide care for adult patients with post-surgical conditions
• Manage common diagnoses such as abdominal pain, cholelithiasis, osteoarthritis, fractures, back pain, and bariatric surgery
• Utilize specialty equipment such as IV pumps, N/G tubes, and feeding tubes
• Float between units as required

Requirements of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• 2+ years of Med Surg experience
• Travel experience required
• Active NY RN license and verification of all active RN licenses
• Current AHA BLS certification
• Experience with EPIC EMR systems
• Valid driver's license with matching address
