Fire Sprinkler Technician

Firetrol Protection Systems, a national leader in fire protection and life safety services since 1984, is seeking experienced Fire Sprinkler Technicians to join our dedicated team. As a Fire Sprinkler Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing fire sprinkler systems to ensure the safety of our clients.

Requirements

• Valid State Fire Sprinkler Technician License.
• Working knowledge of wet, dry, pre-action, and deluge fire sprinkler systems, as well as backflow preventers and fire pumps.
• Familiarity and proficiency with NFPA 13, 20, and 24 codes.
• Ability to read and interpret fire system design drawings and blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to manage job tasks efficiently, including supervising helpers on various job sizes.
• Proficient in the safe use of trade-appropriate tools for pipe fitting and fire protection system installation.
• Capable of training others in proper and safe tool usage.
• Pass background checks including Government, Federal, and Customs clearances.
• Comfortable working across diverse environments including commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, manufacturing, and government facilities.
