Territory Manager - Outside Sales

Overview Priority1 is a premier consulting and contract logistics company specialized in LTL, Truckload, Air Freight, and Warehouse services. We are growing rapidly and looking to add new outside Territory Reps to the Oakland, CA market. Responsibilities Prospecting new business (B2B Door-to-Door Cold Calling) Develop lead generation and utilize CRM to track activity Selling and setting up new accounts Managing accounts you sell Qualifications 0-2 years sales experience preferred Bachelor’s Degree preferred (business, marketing, communication) Involvement in campus activities (athletic backgrounds highly recommended) Enthusiastic and energetic Polished and professional appearance and demeanor Determined to be part of a winning team A burning desire to be successful Compensation Base Salary of $50,000 per year $10,000 Guaranteed Commission in first year Additional uncapped commission $500 monthly car allowance Reimbursement for gas receipts Benefits Medical insurance with premiums paid at 100% for employees and dependents Dental insurance 100% paid for employees Vision insurance HSA with employer contributions Life insurance Short Term Disability Long Term Disability 401(k) plan with typical annual contribution of 15% of total eligible compensation Profit sharing Paid holidays and PTO Cancer, Critical Illness, and Accident Policies available Physical Requirements Job functions require long periods of sitting and working from a computer workstation; ability to multi-task, problem solve, prioritize daily workload, excellent organization and record keeping skills; comfortable with oral and written communications, primarily on the telephone and email. Requires extended periods of sitting, normal walking, bending, twisting, and stretching. Capability of sight and hearing required.
