A United Community is seeking compassionate, dependable, and clinically skilled fully licensed
or associate-level therapists to provide outpatient behavioral health services to children,
adolescents, adults, and families.
Responsibilities
• Provide individual and family therapy
• Complete assessments and treatment plans
• Maintain timely, Medicaid-compliant documentation
• Assess safety concerns and provide crisis support as needed
• Coordinate care with families, schools, medical providers, and community supports
• Participate in clinical supervision and quality review
Qualifications
Eligible licenses may include:
• LCSW / LCSWA
• LCMHC / LCMHCA
• LMFT / LMFTA
• LPA
• LCAS / LCASA
• Other eligible NC behavioral health licenses
Associate-level clinicians are encouraged to apply and must maintain required supervision.
Preferred
• NC Medicaid experience
• Outpatient therapy experience
• Comprehensive Clinical Assessment experience
• Experience with children, families, SMI, or substance use
• NPI and payer credentialing
