Entry-Level Painter – Job Overview

Ideal for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn a trade.

• We’re looking for an entry-level to experienced painter —no prior professional experience required; we’re willing to train the right candidate.
• Construction experience preferred

Job Description:

• Prepare surfaces (cleaning, sanding, priming) to ensure smooth, high-quality finishes.
• Assist with painting tasks using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
• Support paint prep work such as masking, patching, and minor repairs.
• Learn to mix and match colors to meet project needs.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized work area.
• Follow all safety guidelines while working with materials and equipment.
• Work independently and as part of a team to complete projects on time.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Spokane, WA.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Spokane,WA.
