Job Summary As Sous Chef, you will be responsible for the successful operation of the Culinary Department at a facility. You will assist in the supervision, preparation, and cooking of various foods, develop daily menu items and their preparation and garnishment, supervise hourly associates, and collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop new menus and manage ordering.
