Experience Requirements Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or general labor experience preferred Experience working with hand tools and production equipment is a plus Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Job Duties Assemble and prepare frames and molds for casting operations Measure, mix, and pour materials according to production specifications Monitor casting processes to ensure product quality and consistency Remove finished products from molds and prepare them for the next stage of production Perform visual inspections and identify defects or quality concerns Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment Assist with material handling and movement of products throughout the facility Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company safety procedures and production standards Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
