Job Description

An established General Contractor arm of a Developer Builder in Phoenix that’s growing rapidly with a backlog of projects, is seeking an Estimator to join the team. With backlog over the next 5 years this provides opportunity to learn and grow.


This Estimator needs to be versed in client relationships, experienced with building estimation, Multi-Family, and adaptable to change as the project runs it course.


Construction Estimator Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of experience estimating commercial construction
• Responsible for overseeing profit and loss relating to assigned projects and will develop regular margin projections
• Developing and managing estimates on multiple, simultaneous projects
• Work with clients and design teams
• Track, price, and negotiate project cost changes

Responsibilities:

• Preparing material estimates and cost estimates
• Managing bids from vendors and contractors
• Presenting prepared estimates to management to owners and clients
• Working with Preconstruction team using clear communication and effective team building skills
