This is an onsite role based in our manufacturing facility in Attleboro.

Hours: 9-hour days Monday - Thursday; 4-hour day Friday

What You Will Do

• Manage customer orders, quotations, delivery updates, returns, and customer inquiries
• Provide product recommendations and solution-based support
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products
• Track customer interactions and activities in CRM systems
• Coordinate customer requests across multiple departments
• Follow up proactively to ensure commitments are met and issues are resolved
• Collaborate regularly with production teams to gather information and support customer needs

What We Are Looking For

• 1-3 years of customer service experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• CRM experience preferred
• Microsoft Excel proficiency
• Outbound sales experience a plus
• Comfortable working in and around a manufacturing environment
• Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy

This role operates in a manufacturing facility where conditions may include exposure to loud noise, fluctuating temperatures (hot or cold), and moving machinery. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required. The position involves walking, standing, and occasional lifting of materials.

Pay Range: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

The starting rate offered to a successful candidate will be determined based on job-related factors including relevant experience, skills, education, training, certifications, demonstrated performance, and overall qualifications. The Company also considers internal equity, market conditions, and business needs when making compensation decisions. This pay range reflects the hourly rate the Company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at the time of posting.
