Location : New York, NY This opportunity sits within the real estate finance team of a global AM100 firm, formed roughly 18 months ago through a landmark merger of two established legal brands. With an international platform spanning major global financial centers, the firm pairs the resources and prestige of an AM100 name with the close-knit team dynamic more commonly found at boutique shops, a combination that is increasingly rare in today's market. Since combining forces, deal volume across the real estate practice has climbed steadily, and the finance side of the group is now looking to add a Junior to Mid-level Associate to support continued growth. The real estate practice operates across two complementary groups: transactional, the larger of the two, and finance. The finance team, currently anchored by one partner and a single associate, handles sophisticated mandates including structuring for Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) and complex joint ventures, working in close coordination with the wider transactional group.
