Sheet Metal Construction Worker
Location: Everett, WA
Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
Schedule Options: Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire | Overtime Available
Available Shifts
1st Shift: Monday-Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday | 4:00 PM - 2:30 PM
Weekend Shift: Friday-Sunday | 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities
- Assemble metal building panels according to specifications
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Read blueprints, work instructions, and measurements
- Measure, mark, and align materials accurately
- Lift and move materials weighing up to 70 lbs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in construction, carpentry, metal fabrication, roofing, manufacturing, or assembly
- Ability to read a tape measure and work from blueprints
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Comfortable performing physically demanding work
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance record

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Everett, WA.
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $32.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
