Midway Staffing is currently seeking reliable and motivated Assemblers to join a growing manufacturing team in Lake Zurich, IL. If you have a strong work ethic, enjoy working with your hands, and are looking for a long-term opportunity, we encourage you to apply!
Location: Lake Zurich, IL
Schedule:
- 1st Shift: Monday – Friday | 6:30 AM – 2:45 PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday | 3:15 PM – 11:45 PM
Pay Rate: $16.00–$17.00 per hour (based on experience)
Job Duties:
- Assemble components and parts according to standard work instructions.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to support production needs.
Requirements:
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Must be dependable and have a positive attitude.
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds as needed.
