Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Role Overview Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Sienna, TX Compensation and Bonus Structure Total compensation ranging from $84,500 to $119,000 annually, with opportunities to earn more based on center size, mentorship of RBTs, and supervision of trainees. Compensation includes a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long‑term ownership options. BCBAs become eligible for long‑term ownership upon promotion to Sr. BCBA. All other roles are also eligible. Bonus Structure Monthly performance bonuses – uncapped and awarded for impact. Sign‑on bonus – up to $10,000 based on start date and location. Mentorship bonuses – earned by supervising RBTs pursuing their Master’s in ABA. Certification bonuses – received for each therapist who becomes certified under your supervision. Relocation package available to ease transition costs. 401(k) with company match to strengthen retirement potential. Scheduling and Work‑Life Balance Remote work benefit – up to 3 work‑from‑home days per month, plus up to 16 additional assessment‑related remote days per year. Schedule – Monday to Friday daytime hours. Almost 30 days off in year one, including holidays, PTO, CEU days, and flex days. Manageable caseload – support up to 8 children to prevent burnout. No non‑compete clauses. Research & innovation collaboration with Dr. Linda LeBlanc at the Action Institute. Clinical guidance from the Clinical Advisory Board and Compassionate Care Team.
