Qualifications:Prior commercial tire service experienceCapability of independently analyzing and safely resolving problemsCapacity to demonstrate technical knowledge of commercial vehicles, materials, methods, and tools to perform, prioritize and complete workPrior knowledge of tire related equipment and tools a plusValid CDL Class B/A Driver's License with: No DWI convictions within the past four yearsNo more than one moving violation AND/OR fault accident in the last three yearsMust acceptable MVR, Drug Test, pass DOT physicalMust have a high school diploma or GEDJob Description:Performs commercial tire service.Shall be consistently capable of independently analyzing and safely resolving problems.Ability to work in fast-paced environment.Knowledge in the safe operation of all garage tools, diagnostic equipment, lifts, hoists and jacking equipment.Ability to Identify and obtain necessary replacement parts as needed to execute repairs.Ability to read, understand and interpret technical data via instruction manuals.Respond quickly to dispatches and provide fast, friendly and professional service.Work independently but must be willing assist others.Communicate with customers and dispatch.Must be willing and able to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends.Work volume is unpredictable so must be able to respond to work when it comes in and remain on-call over extended periods of time.Clear speaking and attentive listening skills.Flexibility in schedule.Minimum 21 years of age.We invest in our associates for the long term.
