What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees visitors contractors and delivery personnel at a healthcare-related pharmaceutical location by carrying out site-specific access control procedures and security-related policies.
• Monitor access points verify identification and visitor authorization issue visitor credentials as directed and maintain accurate entry and exit records.
• Respond to access control alarms unauthorized-entry attempts incidents and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and emergency responders when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entrances parking areas building perimeters and other assigned areas to help deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.
• Support emergency response activities assist with controlled access during evacuations or other incidents and complete required reports and shift documentation.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
