What Youll DoIn this role, youll be the go-to expert for maintaining the propertys physical health and safety. Youll handle day-to-day repairs, prepare units for new residents, and support a clean, well-kept, and welcoming community. As well as keep current residents satisfied with completion of work orders. Youll take ownership of:Troubleshooting and repairing plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and more.Preparing vacant units for new move-ins to meet our high standards.Keeping the grounds clean, safe, and inviting — including snow removal and landscaping.Handling service requests efficiently and professionally.Participating in the on-call rotation to respond to emergency maintenance needs.Supporting the property team in creating a great living experience for residents. What You BringAt least 1 year of hands-on maintenance experience in residential, commercial, or related fields.Skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair.A high school diploma or equivalent (certifications like HVAC/EPA are a plus).A valid drivers license and insurance.A strong work ethic, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to safety.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks indoors and outdoors.PIbec22f76e010-31181-39458910
