Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Immigration Attorney role based in Austin, TX. The Immigration Attorney will manage a caseload involving employment-based, family-based, and investment-based immigration matters. Qualifications Experience handling Immigration cases. Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction; ability to practice in Texas or willingness to obtain eligibility. Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills, with attention to detail and strong organizational abilities. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly and respectfully with diverse clients.
