This entry‑level position is designed for individuals who are eager to learn and grow within a dynamic and creative work environment. The successful candidate will have a strong desire to develop their craft skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional results. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in the production process: Work closely with experienced craftsmen to contribute to the creation of high‑quality products/services. Learn and master craft techniques: Receive on‑the‑job training to develop expertise in the specific crafts relevant to our industry. Safe and Efficient Vehicle Operation: Operate company‑owned box trucks, prioritizing safety and adherence to regulations. Follow safety protocols: Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a secure work environment. Comply with all safety regulations and Department of Transportation requirements. Maintain equipment and tools: Responsible for the care and proper use of tools and equipment used in the crafting process. Collaborate with team members: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve production goals and maintain a positive and efficient work environment. Quality control: Participate in quality control processes to ensure that all products/services meet company standards. COMPETENCIES: Basic understanding of craft techniques and materials. Strong attention to detail. Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team. Eagerness to learn and develop new skills. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: 0 – 1 years of experience in a similar role, or a strong willingness to learn and be trained on the job, or equivalent military or practical experience. Ability to successfully pass a background check post offer acceptance. Must be able to operate a box truck to complete deliveries; a valid driver’s license is required. The range provided represents the national average pay range for this position and is considered to be a general guideline. Pay for this position will reflect the candidate’s unique qualifications and may be higher or lower than the range provided based on employee geographic location. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other local, state, and federal law. In addition to base salary, this role will be eligible for participation in TriMark’s benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, 401K (with employer match), etc. Leadership positions may also qualify for participation in bonus programs commensurate with role and scope of responsibility.
