Journey Home Housing Program Manager - Crowley Presbyterian Night Shelter is known for serving the homeless in greatest need: those who have no other places to go. Job Summary Responsible for Journey Home Housing at Crowley Case Management Services. Directly supervises Journey Home Guides at Crowley. Responsible for organizing case management activities with the primary goals of maintaining housing and increasing income and self-sufficiency. Responsible for ensuring smooth operations of HMIS data entry, intake processes, and housing retention. As a member of management, support administrative leadership team including other Journey Home Program Managers and Vice Presidents, Programs, Finance, and Development, Director of Human Resources, and the Chief Executive Officer. Qualifications 15 years of experience orbachelor's degree in social service or related field. Master's degree in social work preferred. Minimum of two years supervisory experience in residential environment preferred. Must have experience with homeless or transient population and/or residential population experiencing substance abuse disorders or mental illness. Ability to communicate effectively in written and oral form. Ability to read and understand reports. Ability to document services legibly. Ability to maintain client confidentiality and privacy. Proficient in use of computer-based word processing, spreadsheets, email and other professional tools.
