Affordable Housing Compliance & Training Specialist
Chinatown Community Development Center
Chinatown Community Development Center in San Francisco seeks a Compliance Specialist to ensure that local, state, and federal affordable housing requirements are met. You will perform on-site file reviews, assist with lease-ups, and train property management staff. The role reports to the Associate Director of Compliance in a fast-paced, mission-driven nonprofit setting. Key duties include keeping current on TCAC, HUD, MOHCD, and HCD updates, coordinating reviews, and communicating findings to #J-18808-Ljbffr Chinatown Community Development Center
