Admissions Director- SNF Located in Queens, NY Salary : $80K - $85K range Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support admissions process for a skilled nursing facilities as needed to drive performance and adherence to company standards.
- Optimize census management and referral workflows in collaboration with facility and clinical teams.
- Monitor admissions metrics and trends to identify improvements.
- Ensure timely, accurate referral processing and high-quality customer service.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and internal regulations.
- Lead training, onboarding, and ongoing development for admissions staff.
- Must have previous experience in long term care/skilled nursing facility
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent leadership skills
• Able to execute plans to achieve desired outcomes
• Possess prior experience as an Admissions Director
