Business Analytics Manager

We are currently seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Analytics Manager to lead product commercialization and revenue optimization across our organization. Position Overview Sohnen Enterprises is seeking a Business Analytics Manager to oversee GTM strategy, channel planning, margin health, and business development efforts in support of our core business. This leadership role will work closely with sales, operations, procurement, logistics, finance, and executive leadership to drive revenue growth, strengthen supplier partnerships, and support long-term business expansion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business unit management with a focus on revenue optimization in inventory-based environments. This is a key leadership role requiring strong operational awareness, strategic vision, and a proven ability to drive business initiatives in a fast-paced distribution, environment. Key Responsibilities Translate business goals into actionable go-to-market plans. This includes identifying target segments, positioning, pricing strategies, and channel management plan Build and maintain data models to deliver key insights, predictive analytics that drive rapid decision making Develop and execute company-wide product marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, cross-function partners, vendors, and key stakeholders Act as the subject matter expert on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs informing key stakeholders with product positioning, messaging, and commercialization tactics Collaborate with operations, logistics, procurement, and finance teams to align business strategies with operational capabilities Lead contract administration, product compliance, cost validation, pricing policy, and iteration of supplier agreements Champion data-driven decision making, using analytics to track KPIs and refine business process Respond to market changes, customer feedback, and competitive threats with agile pivots and creative solutions Support budgeting, forecasting, and revenue planning processes Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Operations, Finance or related field preferred 5+ years of experience in analytics, business development, product management or revenue optimization required Proven track record of managing margin and maintaining healthy revenue growth Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Strong analytical, forecasting, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in data analysis to drive decision-making and identify trends Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders Experience managing projects from inception to completion Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM or ERP system Preferred Experience Experience managing product portfolio, product life cycle and deployment GTM strategy Familiarity with refurbishment operations, inventory management, and distribution processes a plus Exposure to domestic and international business development activities Hybrid work schedule - M-Th, in office, Fridays work from home ESOP - Employee Stock Sharing Program with company contributions Vacation time and Sick Time Medical, dental and vision plans Company sponsored life insurance 401K Retirement Savings Account Benefits 401(k) Health insurance Paid time off Parental leave Vision insurance Application Question(s): Are you willing to Travel to Tijuana, Mexico for monthly business needs?
