Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) | Quincy, Massachusetts

Schedule/Hours:

• 36 hours per week
• Night shifts (12 hours each)
• Every other weekend and every other holiday required

Qualifications:

• Active RRT certification
• Valid MA Respiratory Care license
• Current BLS certification
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Minimum 5 years of recent experience in a Level 1 trauma facility
• Proficient in critical care respiratory therapy (MICU and SICU)
• Skilled with lung protective ventilation and ventilator autonomy
• Code Blue team participation
• Familiarity with Drager XL and v500 ventilators preferred
• Level III NICU experience desirable
• NPS and/or ACCS credentials preferred

Responsibilities:

• Deliver advanced respiratory care in critical and acute settings
• Assess patient status and make ventilator adjustments based on clinical and lab findings
• Support and participate actively during Code Blue events
• Provide respiratory therapy expertise in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
