Insurance Defense Attorney

We are seeking an experienced Senior Attorney to join our Atlanta office. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated litigator on an expedited track to partnership within approximately one year. The ideal candidate will bring strong civil defense experience and a proven ability to manage complex cases independently. Responsibilities Lead all aspects of civil defense litigation, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation. Oversee associates and provide mentorship and guidance on case management and litigation techniques. Serve as primary point of contact for clients, insurers, and co-counsel. Participate in business development and firm growth initiatives. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Active member of the GA Bar in good standing. Civil litigation experience, ideally in insurance defense, general liability, medical malpractice, construction defect. Strong leadership skills with demonstrated success handling cases independently. Excellent communication, analytical, and trial preparation skills.
