Assistant Project Manager - Multifamily Construction (Hybrid)

DevCo Residential Group seeks an Assistant Project Manager to join our Bellevue, WA team. The role supports planning, design, and construction of ground-up multifamily projects, coordinating with development, procurement, legal, accounting, IT, and external partners to keep projects on time and budget. Primarily in-office with one day per week of work-from-home, 8am–5pm. APM will assist PMs through preconstruction to closeout, leveraging best practices and DevCo quality standards. #J-18808-Ljbffr DevCo, LLC.
