Vice President - Project Management

Senior executive responsible for planning, execution, and delivery of all company projects. The role oversees project managers, establishes operational standards, and ensures projects meet financial, schedule, safety, and quality targets. Quality control via foreman and quality assurance. Core Responsibilities Project Delivery Oversight- AI Implementation Direct management of the entire project portfolio. Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and according to scope . Monitor performance metrics: cost variance, schedule variance, productivity, and risk exposure. Resolve high-level project issues and escalations. Team Leadership - via foreman team leaders- Manage and mentor a project management team Develop leadership pipeline and performance evaluations. Enforce accountability for project results. Oversee project budgets, forecasting, and profitability. Track revenue, cost control, change orders, and margin protection . Work with finance to manage WIP reports, billing schedules, and cash flow. Review major contracts and subcontractor agreements. Strategic Planning- Service Titan Align project execution with company growth strategy. Support estimating and preconstruction during bid and procurement phases. Participate in client negotiations and contract structuring. Process & Systems Development- Service Titan Establish standardized project management procedures, reporting systems, and documentation protocols . Implement software platforms (Procore, ServiceTitan, ERP systems). Textura Hammertech safety Improve operational efficiency and scalability. Risk, Compliance, and Quality Ensure compliance with contracts, building codes, safety regulations, and licensing requirements . Maintain quality assurance standards. Client & Stakeholder Management- Executive Function Maintain relationships with owners, developers, general contractors, architects, and consultants . Serve as executive contact for major clients and high-value projects. Protect company reputation and repeat business.
