Job Title: Production Worker (Plastic Injection Molding Specialist)

Job Summary:
Join our team as a detail-oriented and reliable production worker where you'll be key in ensuring the smooth operation of our production process! As a vital part of the team, you'll operate plastic injection molding machines, apply glue, assemble parts, and ensure top-quality products leave our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Plastic Injection Molding Machines : Set up, run, and monitor machines to make sure everything's functioning perfectly.
• Troubleshoot & Maintenance : Tackle minor machine issues and perform basic maintenance to keep production running smoothly.
• Glue Application : Use brushes to apply glue to materials with precision and in accordance with specifications.
• Assembly : Put your skills to work by assembling parts—stick glued materials together, ensuring they align properly and adhere securely.
• Quality Control : Inspect finished products to ensure they meet our high-quality standards before they're packaged or sent to the next stage.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in manufacturing, production, or a similar role is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work independently or collaborate as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, bend, and move around the production area for extended periods.
• Occasional lifting of materials weighing up to 35 lbs.
