Senior Procurement Site Leader

You have: (required)Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Engineering or a related field.At least 8 years of progressive procurement and/or supply chain experience.Minimum 5 years of people leadership experience.Proven experience overseeing multi-site operations.Experience with ERP Systems (oracle, SAP or equivalent)Knowledge of end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.Demonstrated ability to lead in a matrix organization across multiple site, regional, and global teams.Experience driving procurement transformation, centralization, or shared service models. Can show you have experience with procurement operations and tactical sourcing, supplier performance management and escalation and contract compliance and governance (SOX environments).Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
