Commercial HVAC/R Field Service Specialist

Job Description

Job Description

Step into a day on the Total Comfort Group team

It’s 7:00 AM and your tablet pings with your first assignment. A multi-site retail client’s RTU isn’t cooling. You arrive, diagnose a failed control component, recommend the fix, and get them back to business. By midday, you’re on a rooftop for scheduled maintenance, checking coils, verifying refrigerant levels, and documenting your findings. Late afternoon brings a refrigeration service call—quick troubleshooting, parts replacement, and a satisfied store manager. You wrap the day by updating service reports in your company-provided vehicle and preparing for tomorrow’s route.
