Senior Director OF Marketing

Driving the direct-to-consumer marketing strategy, the full-time Senior Director of DTC Marketing will lead initiatives in paid media, content, and digital growth to enhance awareness and engagement, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Define and own the DTC marketing strategy, goals, and roadmap, translating business objectives into actionable plans Lead cross-channel marketing efforts, ensuring coherent execution across paid media, organic content, and clinic market launches Build strong partnerships with internal teams to align marketing strategies with the care experience and operational insights Required qualifications 7+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a senior DTC leadership role within digital health or consumer health brands Proven expertise in consumer acquisition and conversion marketing across various digital channels Demonstrated track record of developing DTC marketing strategies that drive measurable growth outcomes Experience managing agency relationships and cross-functional collaboration Familiarity with healthcare marketing regulations and compliance standards is a plus
