Job Description Human First Counseling Services, LLC is a quickly growing private psychotherapy practice located in Andover, NJ. We provide mental health counseling services to adults, adolescents, children, couples and families. We are looking for a fully licensed clinician (LPC, LCSW, LCADC, or LMFT) to join our practice as an independent contractor on a full time or part time basis. Telehealth/ In-Office/ Hybrid positions available Clinician has full control of their schedule, pending office availability. Human First Counseling Services provides: Flexible schedule Clinical consultation (if desired) Billing and Administrative support Insurance Paneling Referrals EMR System Office Space Clinician responsibilities: Provide direct client care for children, adults, adolescents, and/or couples, families, and groups. Prepare and complete appropriate documentation (session notes, dx code, tx plan etc.) Maintain communication with collateral contacts as needed. Demonstrate good time management, organization skills, and the ability to work independently.
