$110,000 - $140,000 per year + annual discretionary bonus

Roundhouse is hiring a Construction Superintendent to run field operations on multifamily residential projects in the Boise area. You'll lead foremen, subcontractors, and onsite crews from groundbreaking to final walk, keeping every site safe, on schedule, and built right. The role includes a zero-cost employee medical plan, a 401(k) match, and a vehicle allowance.

You own the field. You read the plans, set the pace, lead the trades, and keep the whole site moving safely and on schedule. When a problem hits the ground, you solve it before it costs a day. What you'll own

• Oversee all field operations, coordinating labor, materials, and equipment for efficient execution
• Lead and direct foremen, carpenters, laborers, and subcontractors to keep crews productive
• Build and maintain master schedules and look-aheads so milestones and deadlines hold
• Enforce every safety protocol with full OSHA and regulatory compliance, and run regular site visits, safety meetings, inspections, and audits
• Ensure all work meets quality standards, design intent, and building codes, resolving issues fast
• Manage procurement planning and material logistics for timely delivery, storage, and availability
• Grow a strong subcontractor and supplier network for better collaboration, pricing, and quality
• Serve as the primary liaison between field staff, project management, subcontractors, and stakeholders
• Solve field challenges, delays, and conflicts on the ground, and find ways to improve efficiency and reduce cost without cutting quality
• Document field work, inspections, and safety issues accurately and on time

What you bring

• High school diploma or GED
• 5+ years as a Construction Superintendent in multifamily or similar construction
• OSHA 30-Hour certification
• Proven experience running field operations on large-scale multifamily projects
• The ability to read and interpret plans, technical drawings, and specifications
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and Boise-area building codes and regulations
• Proficiency in construction management software such as Procore, Microsoft Project, Primavera, or Smartsheet
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Strong organization and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong collaboration skills with internal teams and external partners

A leg up if you have

• A bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field
• CPR and First Aid certification
