Ultrasound Technologist Fort Worth, TX Specialty: Imaging/Ultrasound Position Type: Travel Contract Length: 13 weeks Pay: $2247 - $2707 | Shift: 4x10s; Mon-Thu; 1930-0600 Are you an experienced Ultrasound Technologist looking for your next exciting opportunity? Do you excel in providing high-quality imaging services in a dynamic healthcare environment? Join our team and make a difference in patient care through your expertise and dedication. As an Ultrasound Technologist, you will perform ultrasound procedures under the supervision of a Radiologist or physician, ensuring accurate diagnosis of diseases and injuries. You will work in both ambulatory and hospital settings, adhering to established protocols and maintaining high standards of patient care.
- Perform high-quality ultrasound procedures according to exam protocols
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding procedures
- Ensure patient safety by adhering to safety and infection-control protocols
- Maintain equipment and work area cleanliness and report any issues
- Obtain and verify all relevant patient documentation
- Adhere to policies and procedures, including PACS and EMR workflows
- Maintain medical imaging records according to department standards
- Need 2 years experience in setting
- BLS (AHA Only), RDMS or ARRT certification required
- ARDMS-RVT or vascular experience preferred
