Location: Presidio of Monterey, CA

Clearance: Secret

Overview: Manages IT resource projects using Agile methods.

Responsibilities:

Define and track project scope and milestones.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives).
Translate requirements into user stories.
Coordinate cross-functional project delivery.
Monitor risks and performance metrics.

Core Competencies:

Agile/Scrum project management
IT requirements analysis
Communication and facilitation
Resource and risk management

Requirements:

Education: BA/BS with 5+ years OR AA/AS with 7+ years.
Certifications: IAT II.
Experience: 5+ years Agile IT project management.
Technical Screening:

Agile and Scrum facilitation.
IT resource scheduling tools.
Jira, Confluence, or equivalent.
