We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Clearwater, Florida. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer support. This role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering positive relationships with our clients. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services.

 

In this role, you will respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner, provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies, handle outbound calling to follow up on customer issues or feedback, analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions and maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our computerized system. In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller, work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies, uphold high standards of phone etiquette while interacting with customers and be able to analyze multiple customer credentials in between daily phone calls and emails.

 

Qualified candidates will have previous experience in a customer support role, preferably in a call center environment, be proficient in using office software and computerized systems for data entry and record keeping and have strong analytical skills to assess customer needs effectively. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to foster positive customer relationships, aligning customer needs with business strategy to achieve successful outcomes along with a positive attitude with a strong commitment to providing outstanding service. Bi-lingual in Spanish/English preferred.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong PC proficiency to include Microsoft Office Word, Excel.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
