Key responsibilities include coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors; managing budgets and schedules; ensuring code and safety compliance; and performing quality inspections and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle.Key responsibilities· Project planning and management: Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for MEP systems.· Design coordination: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to integrate MEP systems and review/approve designs, specifications, and drawings.· Contractor/Subcontractor Selection: Participate in the overall CM selection process with focus on MEP and Commissioning capabilities. Lead in collaboration with MEP Engineer, subcontractor descope meetings for all MEP trade awards.· Construction oversight: Supervise MEP installations, conduct site inspections, and ensure work complies with project requirements and quality standards.· IT/AV/Surveillance: Lead the overall design, coordination and implementation of the project IT/AV/Surveillance systems. Work with integrators to ensure seamless installation of their individual turnkey systems as part of the overall construction timeline.· Budget and cost control: Manage project budgets, track costs, and identify areas for cost savings or value engineering.· Risk and issue management: Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve technical and logistical issues as they arise.· Stakeholder communication: Facilitate communication between all project stakeholders, including Engineering, contractors, and internal teams.· Compliance and safety: Ensure all MEP work complies with current/applicable building codes, industry standards, and safety regulations.· Commissioning and handover: Oversee system testing, commissioning, and final turnover to the operations team, ensuring all systems are performing as designed and all necessary documentation is received.BRING US YOUR BEST.Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field is required.Experience: Proven experience as an MEP Project Manager or in a similar role is essential.Technical knowledge: In-depth knowledge of MEP systems, design principles, and construction processes.Software proficiency: Experience with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project) and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) is beneficial.Skills: Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills are critical.STAY IN THE GAME.
