Sales Support Specialist

Responsibilities Coordinate project schedules, deadlines, and deliverables from initiation through completion. Provide day-to-day support to Project Managers, Sales Representatives, and project teams. Communicate with customers, vendors, technicians, subcontractors, and internal teams to coordinate project activities. Schedule service, installation, maintenance, and other field activities. Maintain accurate project files, contracts, purchase orders, work orders, and related documentation. Track project timelines, materials, equipment, and overall project status. Prepare and process quotes, purchase orders, invoices, work orders, and other project-related documentation. Monitor project costs and assist with tracking budgets and expenses. Coordinate equipment and material deliveries to ensure projects remain on schedule. Enter and maintain accurate information in ERP and/or CRM systems. Identify and help resolve scheduling, customer, vendor, or project-related issues. Prepare project status updates, reports, and other documentation for internal teams and customers. Assist with project closeout activities and ensure all required documentation is completed. Provide general administrative and sales support as needed.
