The Pittsburgh office is expanding and seeking an experienced Workers’ Compensation Attorney to join a growing team handling sophisticated Pennsylvania workers’ compensation matters. This role is ideal for a seasoned litigator who values courtroom work client relationships and long-term professional stability within a supportive firm environment. Responsibilities Conduct legal research and analysis related to Pennsylvania workers’ compensation matters Draft pleadings motions briefs and related litigation documents with accuracy and efficiency Represent clients in hearings depositions mediations and other workers’ compensation proceedings Manage an assigned caseload while collaborating with senior attorneys on complex or high-exposure matters Qualifications JD from an ABA-approved law school with an active Pennsylvania license in good standing 2+ years of direct Pennsylvania workers’ compensation litigation experience with the ability to handle cases from inception through resolution Strong organizational communication and time management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-volume environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 case management systems and electronic document platforms preferred Join Us This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced attorney seeking courtroom exposure, mentorship and long-term stability.
