Transportation Coordinator

Southland Public Schools in Adams, MN is looking to hire a Full-time Transportation Coordinator. Applicants should possess a valid bus driver license or be willing to obtain it. Responsible for the organization, administration, and supervision in the school district transportation system in accordance with federal and state laws and district policies. To ensure the safe transport of students. To oversee the general maintenance on all school vehicles and review bids for vehicle purchases. Duties include preparing bus routes, preemployment paperwork, driver evaluations, school bus safety for students, maintaining driver records, transportation-oriented reports, time card submissions, and other duties as assigned. The Southland District is made up of six communities in SE Minnesota. We have a highly qualified staff with approximately 500 students.
