Responsibilities:
- Personal care
- Assistance with safety and mobility
- Light housekeeping
- Companionship
- Meal planning and preparation
- Communicate and monitor changes in client status by smart phone app
Qualifications:
- Valid Driver's license and access to a vehicle with insurance
- Experience welcome, but will train the right individual
- Positive, empathetic, and patient
- Reliable, punctual
- Proficiency with email and phone app usage
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to take initiative and problem solve
