Open to new graduates.Impactful Work: Contribute to a mission-driven organization dedicated to improving patient outcomes and enhancing the quality of life for participants through occupational therapy services.Key Responsibilities:Conduct assessments and develop person-centered care plans for incoming and active participants.Serve as a member of the Multidisciplinary Team and assist with carrying out the Team's plan of care.Provide Activities of Daily Living (ADL) care to participants as needed, including grooming, dressing, hygiene, and body mechanics training.Train staff on proper ADL techniques and body mechanics.Conduct in-home evaluations, as appropriate, for home safety considerations and recommendations.Demonstrate safe practices by utilizing proper body mechanics, adhering to universal precautions, and maintaining environmental safety.Contribute to a welcoming environment, assisting participants as needed.Supervise participants throughout the Center to ensure their safety, proper care, and comfort.Attend all staff meetings, trainings, and in-services.Perform other related duties as assigned.Greenlife Healthcare Staffing - Empowering Healthcare Professionals, Enriching Lives
