Senior Systems Analyst
Must have at least 7 years of experience gathering system requirements from users and business owners, translating them into detailed requirements documentation, ensuring that business rules are clearly defined through workflow diagrams, business needs are documented and validating that limitations or risks are understood
Casino Gaming and Hospitality domain knowledge is a plus
Ability to draw process flows in MS Visio
Ability to lead the elicitation sessions, experience in resource planning and estimation
Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities
Experience with MS SQL Server
Experience with Waterfall and Agile project management tools
Scrum master experience is a plus
Must have strong organizational, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
Must have strong customer service, and interpersonal skills
Excellent collaboration, reporting, analytical and problem-solving skill Mandatory Skills: Business Analysis, Microsoft SQL Server
